The board will open with its yearly organization meeting and then hear Conditional case number 20-2022 submitted by Caren McCann for the property located at 14344 Johnstown Utica Rd 43038.  Applicant is requesting a conditional use for a home occupation for a scheduled appointment only photography business.

The Jersey Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 1st at 7:00 pm at the Township Hall meeting room located at 1481 Mink Street Pataskala OH 43062.

The Jersey Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, November 16th, 2021 at the Township Hall located at 1481 Mink Street in Pataskala.

The Board will consider a Variance application at the hearing. The Application, #59-2021[View] submitted by Robert Fry, is requesting a variance for reduction of side setbacks to build a house across the middle lot line of the two parcels. Parcels are 082-109236-00.000 and 082-109242-00.000  

The Regularly scheduled Zoning Commission meeting presently scheduled for Wednesday, November 10th is cancelled
