The Jersey Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday  July  17 2019 at 7:00 PM at the Jersey Township Meeting Room located at 1481 Mink St.  The board will review the following application requests.

32-2019 View
The board will hear case #32-2019 submitted by Duane Baggerly & James Cushing .  Applicant requests a conditional use for the 12.93 acre parcel located at 12245 Miller Road.  Application 32-2019 requests that a home occupation be granted that will allow for an existing dwelling to be kept while a new dwelling is constructed in the rear of the property and existing barn will be renovated along with existing dwelling so that property could be used to create a rural charactered corporate retreat and training center.

The board will also hear case number 35-2019 submitted by Crawford Mechanical Services which requests a variance for the 36 acre property located at  9464 Jersey Mill Road. Applicant is requesting a variance for the following Jersey Township Resolution book requirements on the recently rezoned 6 acre portion of the total 36 acre parcel. Applicant wishes to utilize some of the existing perimeter screening  that is already in place as placing screen around entire 6 acres would prevent owner from enjoying existing views across his own property.
